Refund Policy

1. No Refunds on Digital Goods

  • All digital products are final sale.

  • Once a digital product has been purchased and accessed, it cannot be refunded or exchanged.

  • We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions before making a purchase.

2. No Refunds on Custom IMVU Products & Artwork

  • Custom orders, including IMVU products and artwork, are created specifically for each customer and are non-refundable.

  • Once work has commenced on a custom order, no cancellations or refunds will be issued.

  • If an order cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances, Shiva.vu may, at its discretion, offer a partial refund or store credit.

3. Non-Delivery Claims

  • If you do not receive your purchased item due to a technical error, you must contact us within 7 days of purchase.

  • We will verify your claim and attempt to resolve the issue by re-sending the download link or providing an alternative solution.

  • Failure to contact us within the specified timeframe may result in loss of access to the product without a refund.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Initiating a chargeback or dispute without first contacting Shiva.vu for resolution may result in account suspension and a ban from future purchases.

  • We reserve the right to provide evidence of your purchase and delivery to dispute fraudulent claims.

5. Exceptions

  • Refunds will only be considered in cases of duplicate purchases, accidental overcharges, irreparable technical issues preventing access to the product, or if the product itself is faulty.

  • Any such claims must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
