You have full rights to the artwork once it is created, meaning you can do absolutely whatever you want with it, you just can't sell it as-is (reselling). 

You are free to include it on posts on social media, to include it in databases, banners, ads.

The art is AI generated and edited/re-drawn. This means that the time to create the custom artwork is considerably reduced from 8 hours+ to 2-3 hours on average. Because of this, there is fast delivery within maximum 72 hours of the order being placed (business days Mon-Fri exclusively, public holidays not included).

THE CREATING PROCESS​

1. You place an order for custom artwork

You check out successfully and pay the 50$ fee for custom artwork on www.shiva.vu

2. You are contacted for confirmation

Within 2 business days, you will receive an email or message via your preferred contact method (e.g., Instagram) to confirm your order details.

During this step, we will discuss:

  • Style – Realistic, semi-realistic, anime, fantasy, etc.
  • Color Palette – Preferred colors or specific mood.
  • Details – Any key elements, character features, themes, etc.
  • References (if any) – If you have images that inspire your request, you can share them.
3. AI-assisted concept generation

Timeframe: 30-40 minutes

I will use AI to generate an initial composition or rough sketch based on your request. While AI can create images quickly, it often requires multiple attempts to include all requested details properly. The best results and variations will be selected as a foundation for the final artwork.

4. Drawing/sketching

Timeframe: 2-5 hours

To ensure that the artwork is:

  • Unique and compliant with copyright laws
  • Tailored to your specific vision
  • High-quality and polished

I will use the AI-generated concept as a base and refine it through digital painting or detailed sketching. Some requests may take longer than others, depending on complexity, but I will aim to deliver within the promised timeframe.

• What happens if I don't like the artwork?

You can request two free revisions to adjust small details, colors, or minor composition changes. 

• Can I get a refund if I’m not satisfied?

Due to the time and effort put into creating custom artwork, refunds are not available once work has begun. However, I will work with you to make reasonable adjustments to meet your expectations.

• How will I receive the final artwork?

The finished artwork will be delivered in high-resolution PNG/JPEG format via email or your preferred method. If you need a specific size or format, let me know in advance.

• Can I use the artwork for commercial purposes?

Yes! You receive full commercial rights to the final artwork. This means you can use it for merchandise, branding, resale, or any other commercial purpose without additional licensing fees.

• Can I have multiple people displayed in the artwork?

Yes, a maximum of two people are allowed per artwork.

• What program do you use to create artwork?

I primarily use Adobe Photoshop for digital painting, refining, and post-processing. Depending on the artwork’s needs, I may also use Paint Tool SAI or other digital art tools.

• Is AI-generated artwork truly custom?

Yes! While AI helps with initial concepts, the final artwork is personally refined, redrawn, and customized to meet your specific vision. This ensures it is unique, high-quality, and free of generic AI flaws.

• How long does the whole process take?

From order placement to final delivery, the process typically takes 2-5 business days, depending on complexity and response time for confirmations.
